Burnt Ends can be said to be a restaurant that offers modern Australian barbecue dishes and is led by Chef Dave Pynt. This fine dining restaurant which is located a short walk away from Singapore’s Chinatown, offers counter seating and has an open kitchen. From the counter seats, diners will be able to watch the chefs hard at work as they cook your food in an oven fired by apple and almond wood. The menu in this restaurant is seasonal and as such, keeps changing. It is packed with interesting items such as Pork Tomahawk, Rump Cap Burnt Onion and Bone Marrow and Apple and Bourbon Glaze. There is an interesting variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. What is interesting in this restaurant is the “Chef’s Select” option where all you need to do is to instruct the waiter about your hunger levels and let them do the rest for you!
