Established way back in 1989, this hotel can run solely on its luxury brand name 'Taj'. It also happens to be located in one of the poshest neighborhoods - Alipore. The service in their cafe can sometimes get sloppy on slower days but I've had Indian Chinese cuisine in their in-house Chinese restaurant. Chinoiserie, and it was really good.
