If you have more time than 1-3 days and would like to know the town more, explore hidden bars and shops. Surrounded by old city walls, the old town can be entered from the main gate or several small gates found in the walls. It is very neat with plenty of narrow streets and some small squares, but is easy to navigate. The old town has an unique, calm and cool atmosphere. There are numerous things you can do around here while strolling around the small narrow paths of Stari Grad. Have a cup of coffee in the morning, enjoy lunch at a local seafood restaurant, listen to folk music late in the evening at Torine Club or Maine Club, or walk around the bay at night.
