Devil’s Den in Gettysburg is a historic site and National Military Park on the site of the Gettysburg battle field. The site was used in 1863, on the second day of the Battle of Gettysburg. This American Civil War monument includes memorials, several cannons and walkways to explore. Other attractions surrounding the site includes Little Round Top, a small rocky hill considered to be a key point in the battle, a ten minute drive away. Another landmark is Rose Farm, one of several historic farms in the area, located a two mile drive from Devil’s Den. The farm was built in 1824 and was right in the center of the battle. The Artillery Ridge Campground and Gettysburg Horse Park is a two mile drive away, offering horseshoe pits, a basketball court and a fishing pond. There is also a souvenir shop on-site.
