Utah’s Family History Library is the largest library and research facility in Downtown Salt Lake City. The library is a popular destination among locals here mainly because it remains open freely to the public. While you’re there, you can visit the Red Butte Garden for a well spent afternoon amidst nature. Utah’s Hogle Zoo is also nearby and is home to many animals. For some fine dining, check out Valter’s Osteria for authentic Italian dishes. For cheaper, but still highly sumptuous eats, you can visit The Park Cafe. It is famous for its French toast and ‘park potatoes’. If you’re excited abut visiting Salt Lake City, Utah, then run through this list of hotels and vacation rentals near the Family History Library!
