This single, studio-ish apartment right behind the main house is close to downtown and only 1 mile (1.61 kilometers) away from the University of Tennessee in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. Some of the best coffee shops and restaurants in Knoxville are within a block from the property. Its location is also ideally next to venues where the city’s many festivals are usually held.
Guests get a full kitchen with open-concept living space and a full foam queen-size mattress in the loft. In the living area, there is a 55-inch TV, a fully controllable heat and air system, and a convertible couch that turns into a full bed.

This space is set in an amazing location (one of the oldest buildings in Knoxville) in the Old City with restaurants, live music and market square within walking distance. Located directly above a local coffee shop with fantastic morning coffee in the city’s art/urban center (a hip and funky area), this loft has many rooms and lots of nice details like exposed brick, amazing beds, guitars in the corner, cool books and more. Well kept, comfortable and clean, there is WiFi, LED 42" TV and other entertainment and media facilities.
