Jonha Falls is a popular waterfall in Ranchi which is also known as Gautamdhara Falls. It attracts hordes of tourists because of the way the water falls; it is a really beautiful view across the Gunga River.
Visitors really have a good time at the waterfalls and amongst the spacious surroundings. It is very refreshing to have a bath at the bottom of the waterfalls, and it is said to be an experience that can literally wash away your concerns in life.

Pahari Mandir is a temple located on the top of the hill in Ranchi. The temple is commonly known as Shiva Temple and its location on the hill gives a panoramic view over the whole of Ranchi. This place is a religious site for the worshipers of the Hindu god Shiva, who always gather in this place for prayer. The Rock Garden in Ranchi is situated near the Kanke Dam. It is a developed garden which is complete with waterfalls and sculptures, and attract lots of tourists. You will enjoy this garden because it is beautifully designed with a footbridge that is made of iron rods and has two poles.
There are many stone statues inside the garden to enjoy, and it has a scenic landscape. It is very popular among local people because they can enjoy a quiet moment here without any distractions. There is also a lake at the foot of the hill, providing a very serene place to relax.

The Birsa Deer Park is located on the Ranchi Khoonti Road in Ranchi. It is literally a park that has hundreds of species of deer in it. Initially it started with just 15 deer, but has since grown in leaps and bounds. There are very few deer parks in India that could boast of such a high population of deer, and so many species of which in one place.
One of the main attractions of this park is the Park Safari, which gives visitors a clear view of the animals in the park. This park is a big attraction for children as they are delighted to see the deers roaming freely here, and it is a popular tourist spot as well.

7. Visit the Jagannath Temple
Jagannath Temple in Ranchi is said to have been built in the year 1691. It was built by the erstwhile King Thakur Ani Nath Shahdeo of Barkagarh. On a marble slab placed outside the sanctum, there is the information about the founder and the year of foundation of this temple.
Jagannath Temple was believed to have been erected by the Hindu people to revive the Hindu religion, as many of the Hindus were converting to other religions in the 17th-century. The temple had collapsed in the year 1990, but the Bihar government at that time renovated the temple and it has regained its lost glory now.
