If you’re a nature junkie, you’ll surely love this place. This wetland wonderland was purchased with the use of voter approved funds, which was an essential move to conserve lands that were environmentally sensitive. Bird watching is a fun thing to do, especially when you have unique winged creatures in the air - imagine spotting a Florida sandhill crane or a red-shouldered hawk. The area also has a dome swamp, a hydric hammock and five hiking trails that are waiting to be explored.
