the house is tucked away in the old town, near to everything you might want
the owners responded quickly to our questions
plenty of places to eat or have a drink
the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything necessary to entertain friends including a fancy stove (cooker) and a large wooden table
it is in the heart of old hastings town but tucked away so there is very little noise

there are good eating choices locally and finding parking for our three cars was easy

however the kitchen is tiny, no doubt as most guests would mainly eat out
we enjoyed having a fire during our winter weekend stay

the cottage had great amenities and is in an excellent location
sadly, when looking at next years prices at the same time, the price has shot up
