The beef is a blend of chuck, short rib and brisket that bursts with flavour in every bite. The burger is topped with a heap of caramelised onions and is served on a toasted hand-made potato bun. Guests to the restaurant can request to add melted cheese, hand-made rashers or bacon to the burger for added flavour.
