This Christmas, visit a truly magical place in the city of Trikala, in the northern part of Greece. Just a short distance from Athens (328 km/204 mi) and Thessaloniki (215 km/134 mi), you will find the magical Christmas Park of Trikala, the Mill of the Elves.

From 26th November 2016 until 7th January 2017, the old chimneys inside the park start working and scatter incredible scents, the candy machines are ready to build as many toys and candies as possible, the various themed houses, like the home of Santa Claus, the Fairy House and the Enchanted Forest, are waiting for children of all ages.

The Mill of Elves is open every day from 10 am until 10 pm. Entrance is free, but there is a small ticket fee for some attractions.

When entering the park, guests will receive a fairytale passport, which you can use to follow the path of the magic map. You will have the opportunity to be entertained, educated, be delighted and smile, while helping the elves prepare this year’s gifts. Santa Claus has his own house inside the park and opens his large warm arms to the hundreds of thousands of visitors. Young and old people walk between the magical woods, the fairy tale streets, and cross over the river and bridges to get to the real island; the land of Santa Claus.
