Now presenting you an economical condo that is a quarter mile (approximately half a kilometer) away from the Short Sands Beach. It is massive, too, as it can lodge up to 15 guests. The living room is spacious here, and the open-concept kitchen adjoined by it makes it look even wider. For entertainment, you would see televisions with DVD player, a Bluetooth sound-bar, and books while free WiFi is also accessible. 2. Comparable property next door (from USD 350)
This condo is an extension of our previous booking, and except for some minor cosmetic alterations and color schemes, amenities are similar. The only major change done is with the interior arrangement, wherein the seating room is removed and a single bed is supplied now in the fourth bedroom. This change makes the accommodation suited for 16 guests, which is an extra person capacity than the previous rental. Because the tariff is equal and every other feature is identical, you should compare these two rentals and pick one that gives you more utility-wise.

It’s the most affordable cottage on our list, and it can comfortably hold six renters. This two-story cottage is located in York Harbor neighborhood with the York Harbor Beach in walking range and Barrell’s Millpond and Wiggly Bridge directly in sight. The house is remodeled and you should be able to see a brand new touch on every object. You will also see a library, a television equipped with a DVD player, and free WiFi access. The kitchen has modern appliances, too, plus there is a barbecue as well, just by the shady backyard patio. This house is pet-friendly but do be sure to inform the owners first.

If you’re looking for an upscale vacation house on a premium location, there cannot be a better rental than this one. It’s a three-story beach house situated on Long Sand Beach with Nubble Lighthouse just about 15 minutes away on foot. The property is already ocean-facing from the ground, but the views are spectacular from its two elevated decks. The fireplace, leather couches, and large television make the living room of lavish standards. The kitchen has a minibar and, equaling the lodgers capacity, you will see an eight-seater dining table. You will have a television in every bedroom. Additionally, there is a decent-sized DVD library. The master suite’s bathroom has a jetted tub and two washer/dryer units are supplied.
