This where you can find traditional and beautifully handmade chaniya cholis, lehengas, bandhani saree, and banni, which are traditional Indian clothing. Don’t forget to find matching footwear, jewelry, and accessories to complete your look. Aside from wearables, you can also find some house decors and crafts that you can take home as souvenirs.

Best time to visit

Law Garden is open from morning till around 10pm at night so you have the whole day to enjoy what the park can offer. However, travelers must be aware that it tends to get crowded at the park during the festival of Navratri, which is a big Hindu festival honoring the Hindu goddess Durga. The festivities last for nine days so you can expect a lot of people during these days. It may mean more crowded spaces but it can also mean that you’re in for more fun and culture! There is no admission fee to enter Law Garden either, so you can enjoy hanging around for as long as you want.

Be ready to bargain

Since the highlight of Law Garden is its shopping alleys and stalls, you must be ready with your shopping and bargaining skills. Indians are known to be skilled merchants and are masters at negotiating for the best price. Those selling at Law Garden are well aware of their reputation towards tourists, so your bargaining skills will really be put to the test. About 25 minutes away from the airport, Law Garden can also be reached from the Ahmedabad Junction by taking the Swami Vivekananda Road.
