The best time to visit, if you haven't already made up your mind
June is the best month to go if you are not into crowds and would prefer the beaches fairly empty and all to yourself because most people vacation here in late August. If you decide to visit in August like most of the crowd, make sure to check out the annual Rock ‘n’ Roll festival held at the start of the month.
