Linen is provided in all lodge accommodation, self-contained units and cabins. Each has its own ensuite bathroom, a bar fridge, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee facilities.

At Queenstown Top 10 Holiday Park, rooms and cabins are not overly spacious but they are comfortable and warm – for those winter skiers coming in from the slopes. Each has its own balcony where you can relax and enjoy the summer sun or the fresh alpine air.

The communal lounge and dining area has a large open-plan kitchen, equipped with hotplates, fridge-freezers and ovens. An outdoor area provides for alfresco dining and barbeques. This is the perfect place for larger groups to get together, dine with friends or meet fellow travelers.

There is a selection of board games in the communal lounge for guests to enjoy. A ‘take one leave one’ book exchange provides a supply of reading material for the avid reader.

Campers have access to a shared amenity block for showers and ablutions. A coin operated laundry provides facilities for washing and drying clothes. Complimentary washing powder is available at reception.

Out and about in Arthurs Point

A popular spot for winter skiing and snowboarding activities, the township of Arthurs Point is also the base for Shotover Jet. A kilometre down the hill from Queenstown Top 10 Holiday Park, beneath the historic Edith Cavell Bridge is the original and most exciting jet boat adventure. Shotover Jet bookings are essential with departures every 15 minutes, weather permitting. The friendly staff at front reception can assist with bookings for the Shotover Jet and many other activities in and around Arthurs Point.

A kilometre up the road in the opposite direction, you can enjoy soak in the Onsen Hot Pools for something a little slower-paced, or grab some friends for a few games of tenpin bowling at the Coronet Peak Hotel.

Indulge your senses at the award-winning Gantleys Restaurant. Located in a beautifully restored historic building, set on two acres of landscaped grounds, Gantleys provides fine dining in a scenic alpine setting. Little wonder it is referred to as one of the most romantic restaurants in New Zealand.

Camping with friends , travelling in a group or as a couple

There are two Top 10 Holiday Parks located in the area so don’t get confused when booking accommodation. The ‘Shotover Top 10 Holiday Park’ is located by the lake in Queenstown township. The ‘Queenstown Top 10 Holiday Park’ is situated above the Shotover River in the suburb of Arthurs Point six kilometres from the town centre.

The Queenstown Top 10 Holiday Park has the benefit of being in a quiet location away from the chaos and crowds of Queenstown central. It is also conveniently located close to Coronet Peak for winter skiing activities.

A courtesy shuttle operates four times a day for trips into Queenstown and can be booked from reception. Council buses also provide transport between Arthurs Point, Queenstown and Arrowtown with connections to the airport.
