Friendly staff and free shuttle to Universal Studios Florida

At Rosen Inn International, don’t expect shiny marble flooring or grand statues in the lobby, rather what greets you will be a clean and simply-designed lobby with smiling staff when you enter. For me, I entered the hotel at about 10 am, way before the check-in time at 3 pm and was prepared to only deposit my bags without checking in, but I was pleasantly surprised when the staff allowed me to check in early without extra fees, which is the case at some hotels and resorts. This might not seem like a big deal, but it certainly makes a guest feel welcome. Of course, I believe this is dependent on whether there is a room available at that point in time, and not to be taken as a given for guests to enjoy early check-in.

There is also a guest services ticket and attraction concierge desk at the lobby, which helps guests make reservations for the complimentary shuttle service to Universal Studios Florida, SeaWorld Orlando and Wet’ n Wild. However, do note the timings for return when you book the shuttle, so that you know just how much time to allocate for each attraction.

Convenient location along International Drive with trolley and bus service everywhere

Rosen Inn International is conveniently located along International Drive, which has an array of dining and shopping choices. If you feel like travelling further to explore the other parts of Orlando, such as the premium outlets or tourist attractions like Ripley’s Believe it or Not, there are also I-RIDE trolleys and Lynx bus stops that bring you straight to wherever you want to go.

From Rosen Inn International, it is just a few minutes walk to the restaurants at International Drive and the bus stops. To give you a better sense of the Rosen Inn International’s location, it is across the street from Wet’ n Wild, a 20 minute drive from Orlando International Airport, less than a 5 minute drive from Universal Studios theme parks, a 15 minute drive from SeaWorld and a 20 minute drive away from Walt Disney World theme parks.

Let’s be honest, one best part about going on vacation is flaunting vacation pictures on social media. If this describes you, you will definitely appreciate having bedside phone chargers, which allows you to lie comfortably on the bed and use your phone to post pictures on social media while your phone is being charged.

The standard room for two comes with either two double beds or one king sized bed. The beds are really comfortable but the icing on the cake is really the bedside phone chargers. The room also comes with a desk, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a European-style armoire. The private bathroom is basic but clean and comes complete with toiletries, a vanity mirror and hair dryer.

Here in sunny Orlando, it is a waste if you don’t make use of the pools. Over at Rosen Inn International, there are outdoor pools for you to swim and soak in the sun’s rays. When temperatures drop seasonally, the pools are also heated so that you can enjoy a swim regardless of the temperature.
