The house is structurally old with its kitchen below ground level but it has been renovated recently and you can see it in the clean white walls and newly varnished wooden floors. Having large luggage is not a problem, as there is more than enough floor space to fit them. Steps away from the first room is the second bedroom that is slightly larger in size. The king sized bed is more than anything that one can ask for in a home. The room also has a dresser with a mirror and a small couch fit for one. Closet space is hidden behind a door in the room.
Take a relaxing bath and shower
At Jessica’s home, you can relax in the bathtub that is on the second floor bathroom, which is modern with marble tiled walls and counter tops. There is also a standing shower that you can use for convenience. Next to the sink is a cupboard of towels and soaps that you can use during your stay. Jessica has made her home a place for guests and is very thoughtful, providing guests with basic amenities. There is another shower with a toilet on the first floor of the house. This bathroom is simply designed with a sink, toilet and standing shower.
A complete kitchen with all the tools, condiments and ingredients you need
Down a flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining and living room. The stairs is pretty steep but there is a handrail to hold onto on your way down. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender pots, pans, plates and cutlery. It is open and a great place to prepare meals. Jessica’s kitchen may be the best in terms of facilities and amenities; it is rare to find a home this complete. Jessica has also provided guests with basic cooking condiments, ingredients, and a selection of tea and coffee.

Another great feature at Jessica’s home is the dining table that sits just in front of the kitchen. It is a great place to start the day here with breakfast and end the day here with dinner. The dining table sits six comfortably and is perfect if you are travelling with family or friends.

Key foods is the grocery store closest to Jessica’s and that is a 5-minute walk from the house. Manhattan is accessible via the metro, the N and Q lines at metro station 39th street take you there in about 10 minutes. The metro station is 5 blocks from Jessica’s. There is also the option of walking 10 minutes to Queensboro Plaza station to take line 7, making it easier to get to other places in New York.
