The Thai province of Nakhon Nayok is located in Central Thailand. A popular domestic holiday destination, the province is severely underrated when it comes to foreign tourism. This is both a terrible shame and also a huge blessing for people who like to escape the tourist masses and visit somewhere a bit away from the tried and trodden trail.

Known for its numerous natural attractions such as glimmering waterfalls, dense jungles, gushing rivers, and colourful orchards, visitors can enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities including cycling, trekking, rafting, and kayaking.

Ingtarn Resort offers a beautiful place to stay when exploring Nakhon Nayok’s many delights. Immersed in gorgeous nature yet offering touches of beautiful luxury, it is a perfect place to retreat at the end of an active and fun-filled day of explorations. Comfortable and attractive rooms, excellent facilities and amenities, and friendly members of staff are just a few things that will make your stay memorable.

Here are more reasons to stay at Ingtarn Resort:

Choice of cute rooms that offer comfort, style, and beauty

Within the elegant main building, guests can choose between VIP and Deluxe rooms, each one with superb furnishings and décor. For a more intimate stay, you could opt for one of the charming wooden chalets, complete with a small private terrace at the front, also with a choice of VIP and Deluxe options. Whilst smaller than the rooms in the main building, they offer more privacy and are closer to nature.

There are further Deluxe standard rooms in various other smaller buildings throughout the lush gardens. All rooms have hot water, air conditioning, satellite TV, a refrigerator with mini bar, and eye-catching decorative features. Colourful curtains, cushions and prints along with carved wooden touches certainly create a vibrant appearance.

All VIP options cost 2,500 THB (approximately 70 USD) per night. Deluxe rooms in the main building are 1,800 THB (approximately 50 USD) for a night, whilst all other rooms (in different lodges and chalets) cost 1,500 THB (approximately 42USD) per night.

Free breakfast and terrific onsite restaurant

A complimentary breakfast is included each day, and if you stay in a chalet this will be served right on your terrace. You can sit outdoors enjoying the fresh air and admiring the views as you tuck into your morning meal. The only downside is that breakfast is standard each day; guests are not offered any choices. If you like eggs, sausage, ham, and salad you’ll be fine … if you’re vegetarian, however, you’ll be left with the toast and coffee, and possibly the eggs and salad if you don’t mind setting the meat to one side. The delicious pineapple jam may sweeten you up a bit though!

The hotel’s restaurant serves an array of traditional Thai dishes throughout the day, with indoor and outdoor seating available. Beautifully presented and garnished with carved vegetables and flowers, enjoy favourites such as grilled fish, a steaming pot of spicy soup, or Pad Gra Pow (stir-fried holy basil).

Relax and feel in tip top condition

The resort features a stunning spa with an assortment of heavenly treatments and techniques for additional costs. Slip into a fluffy robe, lie down on the comfortable mat and feel yourself drifting away as a skilled masseuse kneads away all knots and anxiety. Alternatively, how about a Chinese reflexology foot massage or an Indian-style head massage?

The large and clean outdoor pool is great for swimming or splashing about in the sunshine, and there are plenty of seats available around the edges if you want to simply soak up the sun and bury your head in a good book.

The leafy gardens are filled with colourful flowers, interesting plants, and attractive ornaments. Take a stroll through the grounds and inhale the goodness of the fresh air.

Other useful facilities and lively activities

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, although rooms away from the main building may have problems with connectivity and a weak signal.

A selection of drinks and snacks are available to buy in the reception area for you to enjoy in your room or amidst the serene landscaped gardens, and room service is also available.

Rent a bicycle and set out to explore the gorgeous surroundings, or arrange a fun and exciting ATV experience. Gain a different perspective of the area as you soar from the treetops and make your way back down to solid ground on the thrilling Flying Fox, or book a game of “Fancy Golf”.

You can book a terrific array of excursions and private transportation in the reception area … fancy spotting wildlife on a jungle trekking expedition? Want to hit up the local temples, museums and other cultural sights? Does the sound of visiting fruit orchards and sampling local produce appeal to you? There really are so many things to do!

Spectacular natural attractions in close proximity

Ingtarn Resort is just a stone’s throw from the pretty river and the scenic Khun Dan Prakan Chon Dam, both of which offer water sports like rafting, kayaking, tubing, and boating.

One of Thailand’s most popular national parks, Khao Yai National Park, is within easy reach, as well as a number of fabulous waterfalls. Heo Narok Waterfall, within Khao Yai National Park, is a powerful waterfall that cascades over three high tiers. You can hike the nine levels of Sarika Waterfall to discover shimmering pools that are suitable for swimming underneath some of the drops. The small Nang Wong Waterfall is a favourite place for Thais to chill out and play in the refreshing waters.

A convenient base for enjoying Nakhon Nayok and taking it easy

Members of staff are happy to convey guests around the expansive grounds by golf court, particularly handy if you arrive independently and with luggage. They are also a great source of information about getting around the area and things to see and do to make sure that you make the most of your time in this stunning province. Book your stay at Ingtarn Resort and combine blissful luxury and pampering with exciting outdoor adventures.
