Nestled within 54 acres of stunning scenery, Norton Park Hotel is sophisticated, elegant and the ultimate hotel getaway. Located right on the border of the historical English city Winchester, Norton Park Hotel is a mere 14 km, approx. 9 mi away. The four star hotel is ideal for those wanting a relaxing break or those just visiting on business without spending an absolute fortune.

Take your pick of stunning bedrooms

Standard Bedroom

With 116 modern bedrooms you will feel absolutely spoilt with the choice of rooms available. Prices vary depending on the season but if you book ahead you may find it a little bit cheaper. A more costly room will see you spending a luxurious night in a ‘feature double’ room. Situated in the 17th century manor house, this room is perfect for couples enjoying a romantic break. The cost of this room will see you spending 175 GBP, approx. 250 USD.

With three other style of rooms available, there is a price for everyone. My personal recommendation would be a standard double. The name does not do this room justice. Dark wood furnishings ooze elegance and the bed resembles sleeping on a cloud. Each room is spacious and modern with free WiFi and TV. Tea and coffee is provided and for those who appreciate little extras, a delicious cookie awaits you – who wouldn’t want a complimentary cookie! The cost of a standard room is 80 GBP, approx., 114 USD, but as previously mentioned, this room is much more than ‘standard’.

Fresh bathrooms and snuggly towels

Standard Bedroom Ensuite Bathroom

The ensuite bathrooms are clean, fresh and modern. Soft and snuggly towels are provided along with miniature bathroom products, (so don’t panic if you’ve forgotten your shower gel). The bathrooms vary from having showers, baths or both – if you have a preference this can be requested upon booking.

Train or relax?

Gym

The leisure and spa facilities are sure to see you getting up early to make the most of you time, (unless you’re still wrapped in your snuggly towel). The gym has fantastic equipment which looks out onto the swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Attractive changing rooms, lockers and power showers are also provided.

If you fancy some peace and relaxation, the spa offers an extensive range of treatments that could easily see you spending the afternoon being pampered with beautiful Espa products.

Prepare to over indulge

Breakfast fruit selection

Breakfast, lunch and dinner all serve an array of tasty menus, which are sure to have you over indulging. The Scene Bar and Lounge provides an appealing range of cocktails, light lunches and a specially created nutrition friendly menu. With a relaxed atmosphere, the Scene Bar is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

After a good night’s sleep make your way to breakfast in the Scene Restaurant. Here you will be delighted with the extensive range of breakfast options. Delicate pastries, fruit and cereal align one side and a huge range of cooked breakfast and juices align the other. With breakfast included in your stay, fill yourself up on as much breakfast as you please!

Greetings. My name is Andy, and I am a Blue-badge Tourist Guide, accredited through the Institute of Tourist Guiding in London since c.2014. I live in the New Forest, a national park, famous for its wild ponies, located in Hampshire. The nearest city to me is Southampton. I conduct both walking tours and coach tours in the area known as Wessex, which includes the counties of Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Dorset, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, West Sussex and Royal Berkshire. My most popular tours include Southampton (Titanic), the New Forest (hunting ground of the medieval kings of England), Salisbury (home to a 13th century cathedral and an original copy of the Magna Carta), Stonehenge (an ancient wonder of the world), and Winchester (home to an 11th century cathedral and King Arthur's Round Table). Join me on a tour and discover the hidden historical gems of Wessex.
