This beach house has four bedrooms and is ideally located on Pacific Parade in Old Bar. Great for two families or groups of friends, the house comes with its own swimming pool and two different living spaces for communal gatherings. The beach house offers beautiful views of the Old Bar’s beach, which can be accessed from across the road. Watching whales and dolphins from the lounge area is a common evening activity for guests at this house!

The area is not short of activities. Beach fishing and taking your boat through Manning River provide entertainment for all. It is a 9-minute drive to Bohnock Boat Ramp on the Manning River. Manning Valley is also ideal for discovering waterfalls, mountain-biking and exploring the nearby beaches and forests. The Saltwater National Park is an exemplary location to float along the creek or to go whale-watching. The headlands of Forster, Tuncurry, Redhead, Blackhead, Diamond Beach, Manning Point, Harrington and Crowdy Head are all accessible from the beach house. It is also walking distance to the main town, where the recommendations are endless. Try Flow Bar for great coffee and food; the main street has a Thai restaurant, a butcher and bottleshop as well as a local club and tavern.

The views of the coastline are stunning and accessing the beach just across the road
We had 7 adults and 5 children in the house and there was plenty of space for everyone
