A two-minute leisurely walk will take you to the beautiful South Rosedale beach, for a swim, snorkelling, or rock fishing. The cottage is close to Mogo Zoo and Malua Bay, where you will find popular shops and tasty pizza. You can also do shopping at Batemans Bay, just around 20 minutes of driving away. The pet-friendly home has a queen bedroom, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds. If there are more guests, there is a sofa bed in the lounge. They have a good kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. They don’t have WiFi, so you can get closer to your loved ones.

it feels like a quiet cabin in the forest getaway
The owners have set everything up to make you feel welcome and comfortable

The yard is fenced until the lagoon but not along it
All curtains need cleaning and bedroom ones to be block out

Brought own linen (as required) but bed sizes aren't standard queen as advertised

The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable Views from the deck lounge and main bedroom
The view from the end of the garden is amazing (it is at the top of a cliff - so better watch children)
The house is modern very spacious and has everything we needed for a very enjoyable weekend

The views over the ocean are amazing and the beach is secluded and perfect for little ones

We did have to take our own sheets and towels and the owner mentioned that they are in process of organising these items for future guests

Large kitchen with everything you need
The balcony was good but only half of the outside lights worked
It was fun following the different tracks to the different beaches
We especially enjoyed the ping pong table and the board games

The kitchen is well equipped
There is no TV to distract holiday makers from escaping the world
We loved the fact that there was no TV it really calmed the kids down and the toys were wonderful
It is very good for children with a large lawn area lovely trees surrounding it a short stroll on a private path to the beach and the sound of the ocean as you relax on the verandah

Located on the north Rosedale beach, this palm-beach style home is in an area famous for bushwalking, fishing, and a quiet beach atmosphere. Walk just 50 meters from your garden to reach the beach and the lagoon, to go for a swim, surf, or snorkel to Jimmy’s Island. A short drive will take you to the Mogo Zoo and the Moruya airport, where there are flights to Sydney every day, is only 20 km (12.4 mi) away. The kitchen was very well equipped and the many beds were fabulously comfortable
as did the outside shower and wide safe decking
The upstairs living room was extremely comfortable with an awesome view out to the beautiful trees and beach further down
the kids spent their time in the separate downstairs living area
the additional room downstairs allows the kids their own space when they want it

the North end of Rosedale is a little more protected and a little safer than the southern end and this place is more favoured to the North end
