The temperature of the city is cool but you will still enjoy visiting the lovely Warnemunde Beach. Here you can play water games like water bikes or you can just enjoy a long walk on the beach. The sunset view is really beautiful also, but I recommend bringing some woolen clothes because of the cold temperature.

6. Stasi Pre-trial Prison

Stasi Pre-trial Prison was used at the time of the Cold War. At that time, East Germany had a top secret police force which was called Stasi. Their duty was to supervise the detained. Those people who were a threat for the country were arrested. Many people disappeared behind the doors of cells and were detained alone for long periods of time. This prison was closed in 1989 and then converted to a museum. Documentary movies are shown to the visitors which show the cruelty faced by the prisoners. While entering the museum, you can ask for the translator device to listen in your local language.
