Next on our list is a peaceful loft conversion in the hosts’ house. As a loft conversion, it is compact, but we think that the hosts have done a fantastic job in utilizing the space and so they have managed to fit in a double sized bed, along with a bedside table and space for clothes. You’ll also be able to use the common areas of the house, including the kitchen, bathroom and pretty balcony.
Two things that are worth noting are that firstly, the host has a friendly cat and that second, due to its residential location, the hosts ask for guests to be quiet after 10.30 pm.

20. Beautifully decorated, friendly home
We love this cozy and quaint property, just 10 minutes to the center of Belfast, by bus. Although the single room is small, it is well decorated and the communal spaces of the property are very welcoming, as are the hosts. The bedroom is next to the bathroom and, due to its position at the back of the house, it is very quiet and relaxing.
The kitchen is well equipped and spacious, so you can happily cook up your meals before enjoying them in the very spacious and cozy living room.
