This small house, in the center of Paris, can sleep up to five guests. It is nicely situated, as it only takes one minute to walk to the Réaumur-Sébastopol metro station. The other lines are all within easy reach, inside of 10 minutes. Marais, the Halles, Montorgueil Street, the Market of the Red Children, and the Place of the Republic are also all close by. There are plenty of restaurants in the area.

This homestay is unique, as it can sleep up to 11 people, so it ideal for families or even groups. There are four rooms, each with their own bathroom and they all face onto a private courtyard garden. This allows for privacy when you want it, but brings plenty of opportunities to mingle. The Arts-et-Métiers metro is right there and you are just a few minutes’ walk from the Georges Pompidou Center, in Beaubourg.
Each room has its own area with a kitchenette and each unit has access to Wi-Fi. The nice thing about this place is that you book the entire condo. Whether you are just one person, or eleven people, you don’t need to share the space. The beds are sufficient, as well. If you wish to eat out, there are places in the neighborhood, or you can grab some delicious concoctions from the nearby bakeries.
