5. A room in a friendly hostel
This hostel is located right in the city center, close to restaurants, agencies and some attractions, such as waterfalls. You can book one of their rooms and enjoy a family atmosphere with other guests and the owner. There are two common bathrooms, a kitchen and a laundry room for all guests to use.
Free breakfast is served every morning and there is a patio with a sofa and hammock, for guests to hang out and chill. The owner can help you arrange tours of the area. Despite the hostel’s central location, it doesn’t get loud at nights, except on weekends.

Regardless of how charming Lençóis is, it’s mostly just a “base” for the surrounding attractions. You can admire the beauty of waterfalls, explore caves, climb a mountain, trek for hours or even try some rappelling. It’s an exciting region and even two weeks won’t be enough to explore it all.
