Quilicura is a commune that was founded back in 1901 and is a satellite city in the outlying districts of Santiago, the capital city of Chile. Situated in Santiago Province, Santiago Metropolitan Region, it is approximately 12 km (7.4 miles) from Santiago’s International Airport.
