Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa is Vietnam’s well recognized luxurious resort hotel chain, located in Hoi An right by Cua Dai Beach, in central Vietnam. The theme of the hotel is exotic, and it almost resembles the good old days of Hoi An township with a twist of Japanese and Western flavors on a white sand beach resort.
The room is spacious and well thought out for a relaxing stay for any visitor and there are such rooms like Vietnamese style, Japanese style, and Western style to choose from. The level of services, such as the spa and restaurants, is high and any visitors can expect a luxurious stay at this 4-star hotel. It is a beautiful beach resort that is hard not to enjoy.
Welcome to a luxurious beach resort!
Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa is located in Hoi An, an ancient town in central Vietnam, right in front of a white sand beach. If you are flying from elsewhere, you will fly into Da Nang International Airport and take a taxi or a hotel shuttle for 30 minutes or so to get to this luxurious beach resort.
Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed with a cold welcome drink and soon you feel like you are ready to enjoy your resort. The check-in time is 2:00 pm. If you arrive a little early, have a quick snack or lunch at the restaurant, which is located by the reception and be ready to have a relaxing beach time.
Find your dream room for your vacation time
At Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, there are 6 kinds of rooms/suites available with one option of a mystery room. The view of the rooms differ and you can choose from a river view, a garden view, and of course, an ocean view being the most expensive. If you are traveling with a child, Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa welcomes children and is free for children under 4 years if using existing bed, and is also free for children with a crib under 2 years to stay. Of course, with an extra charge, you can place an extra bed in your room to accommodate traveling with your family.
At my time at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, I was fortunate to stay in Victoria Suite with a beautiful ocean view. When you open the front door of your room, you will first enter into a small room where you can watch TV, relax on a sofa, and put your clothes and shoes in a closet. This is also where you can find a safe. Then there is a small hallway, where you’ll find a bathroom with an open-air hot tub connecting to the main bedroom.
The bathroom is separated with these two rooms with glass windows and doors that have a privacy curtain. If you are more of a shower person, you can step outside and shower under the sun in the open-air. The room is very spacious, especially with big windows with glass doors that it makes the entire space much larger and free.
Which theme room would you prefer?
As well as 6 kinds of rooms/suites available at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, there are also themes to choose from such as Vietnamese style rooms, Japanese style rooms, and French Colonial style rooms. The room decor of each room differs, thus before you decide which room to book, you may like to go online and check the pictures to finalize which theme you want to go with for your special vacation.
During my visit, I stayed at a Vietnamese style room where there is a beautiful artwork of a Vietnamese beauty wearing Vietnam’s traditional garment, an ao dai, right above a king size bed. Since I had such a wonderful time staying at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, it makes me curious to come back and stay at other two themed rooms to see how it feels to stay in a Japanese style room and a French colonial style room.
Ready to surrender at a relaxing beach resort?
At Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, there is an outdoor pool right in front of a main entrance upon your arrival. With palm trees surrounding the pool, it gives a perfect beach resort feeling as soon as you arrive. Of course, if you wish, you can order a drink or two from the bar located right next to the pool to enjoy a moment of relaxation or hop into the pool where it gets as deep as 2 meters (6.56 feet) and cool off from the Vietnamese heat. For those who are traveling with small children, there is also a very shallow pool for little children.
For those who enjoy the beach over the pool, there is also a private white sand beach at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa. This private white sand beach is found on the side of beach front rooms 401 to 403 where there are lifeguards on site during the day taking care of your needs. You do not need to take a towel from your room, because beach towels are provided as soon as you arrive at the beach and sit down under the large beach parasols. The water was clear and warm when I visited in April and I found it so refreshing to jump into the ocean for a comfortable swim on a sunny hot day.
Wake up with tropical fruits and breakfast
The breakfast buffet is served at the restaurant right by the pool. From fresh fruits to pho being made right in front of you, you have plenty to eat and be filled with great food before your adventure out in Hoi An. For those who want to go fully Vietnamese style, you can start your day with a small sized bowl of pho or wonton soup or you can have a more Western style breakfast with cereals, bread, and omelettes.
The size of pho comes in a small bowl so it allows you to try plenty of other food if you want to try everything you can find at the breakfast buffet. Personally, I really enjoyed pho and mango mousse provided at this breakfast buffet, but I could not try everything so perhaps you can share what you enjoyed during your visit!
One of a kind luxurious stay at Vietnam's beach resort
Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa is a highly rated 4-star beach resort in Hoi An. The guests staying at the hotel are very diverse; visitors around the world all come and enjoy this beautiful beach resort. After visiting a few places around Vietnam, I have to admit the services provided at this hotel is nothing compared to anything I found on my adventure in Vietnam. As a matter of fact, this beach resort is one of the best of all the hotels and resorts I have visited all around the world. You can, of course, stay at a much cheaper place in Vietnam, but if you prefer a one-of-a-kind experience, I highly recommend you to stay at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, even if it is only for a night.
