It's spacious with 4-5 people but would be tight with 7 which would necessitate pulling out the couch Also

furniture was comfortable and there's plenty of room for everyone
all the beds were very comfortable air conditioners worked well
it felt like entertaining in our own home

a fully equipped kitchen a large dining room with 8 chairs two sitting/living areas downstairs (and another on the third floor outside the bedrooms)
We did bring our own beach towels and a couple of beach shelters
It was great to have the outdoor shower available too
