They also left us a bucket of sand toys for the kids which was very thoughtful
anyway We were also thankful for the washer and dryer

We had a wonderful family reunion with 13 of us staying in the house quite comfortably
When first entering the home you have a feeling of welcome and warmth
The owner of the home made us feel like we were family and pulled out all the stops for us
Yvonne is more than an owner; she is one of those rare generous souls who makes sure everything is more than perfect for her guests and becomes a family friend

There is a pond across the way with beautiful swans ducks and you can fish in it
The location is perfect walk to town grist mill and beach and of course down the street from the magnificent Heritage Museum and Gardens (where we had our wedding)
The Newcomb Tavern is paradise on the Cape
Rented with a large group of old friends House has great atmosphere several distinctive rooms for sitting talking dining Great location convenient to many Cape Cod activities
In the evenings we enjoyed duets on the piano from those in our group who played Easy walk into town and to the beaches

On Tuesdays there is a Farmer's Market that is within walking distance
The location is great you can walk to the center we liked The Daniel Webster Inn for lunch and dinner and Beth's for great coffee and baked goods

a free Friday visit to the Sandwich Glass Museum visits to Town Neck Beach and the Boardwalk

and we have often preferred 5 star resorts to vacation rentals

Well people this is a bitter sweet review
Lastly Nathan was extremely helpful with answering all of my questions prior to booking
Nathan did a great job getting us what we needed when we let him know that we did not bring towels or sheets
The owner was super responsive to an issue we had with a door and he was on-site fixing it within two hours of me calling
