However, if you don’t feel like cooking, the bungalow is situated on a prime spot in Lamai Beach, which is walking distance from a number of shops and restaurants.
It has two bedrooms with air conditioning. It also has a large terrace which makes it ideal for conversing or just looking at the surroundings with the beautiful garden and the sea view. The bungalows individually have their own bathroom and hot shower. Silke and George have also been known to be wonderful hosts, maintaining the upkeep of your room and looking for supplies for your needs. This place is almost always full but if you’re lucky enough to get a room, it’s obvious why it’s such a favorite for long-term renters especially during the peak months. The rooms look like a spa with a huge bathroom and a big bed. It has a great large kitchen as well. There’s no air conditioning but it isn’t really necessary because of the well-designed architecture and ventilation of the rooms. The staff always makes sure that your room is always clean. To top it off, the resort is found in the center of Lamai’s town.

Crystal Beach is known by many names. It is also known as Silver Beach or Haad Thong Takian. Whatever you call it, it has been rated to be one of the best beaches in Koh Samui, with a small cove made of powdery white sand and enormous granite boulders, with a tropical jungle as a backdrop. There are two main resorts in the area, the sister resorts of Crystal Bay Beach Resort and Crystal Bay Yacht Club.
Crystal Bay Beach is just 25 minutes from Samui Airport. It has a very exclusive feel to it with 27 rooms - villas, really - and over 7 categories, so there’s a room for every budget. The resort is an ideal spot for swimming because it isn’t as rocky as the part with the big granite boulders for snorkeling. You can also get a massage at the sala with a great view of the entire island.
