Kai - the name means “seed” in the language of the native Pima tribe whose home is nearby - is Arizona’s only restaurant to have secured AAA’s prestigious five-star rating. A themed menu allows you to choose your meal, served to you in the form of a short story or a journey, or you can simply choose the dishes as they come. In keeping with the theme of the restaurant, dishes such as Great Plains Bison and Grilled Tenderloin of Tribal Buffalo are particular favorites among the clientele.
