4. L'auberge Restaurant

L'auberge Restaurant serves some classic Haitian and Carribean food that will warm the soul. 11. Chez Madame Johns Restaurant

The story goes that Madame Johns used to sell Griot (a fried pork dish) out of her home in Little Haiti. Business was good that on weekends, cars would line the streets creating tons of traffic, just to get a taste of Madame Johns delicious meals. And now, she has her own restaurant. This restaurant is primarily a take-out counter but there are a few seats in the restaurant and a TV tuned to Haitian TV channels and if you’re lucky, you might not have to wait in line. The service can be a little slow but there’s a reason why it’s so busy here.
