1. Tijuana Arch

It comes in 2 other names - the “Monumental Arch and Clock” to symbolize the people’s strength and prosperity and the “Millennium Arch” as it was put up in the year 2000. 3. Agua Caliente Tower

Agua Caliente Tower is a city attraction in Tijuana. It’s a lovely place to hang out with friends, walk your pet, sit with your thoughts, and take an early morning run. 4. The Tunnel House

This cross-border tunnel runs from a private residence all the way to a parking area in San Ysidro. 5. Tijuana Cultural Centre

Tijuana Cultural Centre, opened in 1982, throughout the years became one of the most recognised symbols of the city. It is located in one of the most modern parts of the city - Zona Rio, just 5 minutes away from the border and it offers its visitors many interesting expositions showing different types of art. A major feature of the complex is “The Ball”, the only IMAX cinema in Tijuana. They also have in their offerings many children activities like readings, courses and workshops. 6. The Trompo Interactive Museum

Another attraction in Tijuana is the Trompo Interactive Museum, which is a fun adventure both for adults and children. You can watch an interesting movie in the projection hall, see many cultural shows, try multiple experiments that will answer basic questions about the Earth we may have, play numerous games and of course educate in a funny and interesting way. 7. Tijuana Wax Museum

Every big city must be able to boast a wax museum. And Tijuana is not an exception. The museum was opened in 1993 and today in its collection you can find waxworks of those bigger celebrities as well as those less known, including Micheal Jackson, Barack Obama, Pedro Infante, and Lola Beltrán. 8. The border fence at the beach

We are all aware of the ugly political situation between countries of North America. Authorities are building a fence on the beach between California and Tijuana, to prevent people from illegally crossing the border during the low tide. 9. Morelos Park

Water slides, swimming pools, and a zoological garden with some rare species are only some of the attractions Morelos Park offers to its visitors. La Caja, in English called “The Gallery Box” is an art gallery in Tijuana. The gallery for the last 9 years was representing local artists as well as international. They offer a collective exhibition and individual exhibitions to help artists, both in the city and abroad. The gallery is located in an abandoned warehouse, isn’t that cool?
