4. The Tunnel House
You don’t get to visit a drug tunnel converted into an art museum every day. In Tijuana, you can very well do that at The Tunnel House. This cross-border tunnel runs from a private residence all the way to a parking area in San Ysidro. This passageway, discovered in 2003 by the authorities, is now a decent museum as part of the city’s efforts for sustainable cultural development. 5. Tijuana Cultural Centre
Tijuana Cultural Centre, opened in 1982, throughout the years became one of the most recognised symbols of the city. It is located in one of the most modern parts of the city - Zona Rio, just 5 minutes away from the border and it offers its visitors many interesting expositions showing different types of art. 6. The Trompo Interactive Museum
Another attraction in Tijuana is the Trompo Interactive Museum, which is a fun adventure both for adults and children. 7. Tijuana Wax Museum

8. The border fence at the beach
We are all aware of the ugly political situation between countries of North America. Authorities are building a fence on the beach between California and Tijuana, to prevent people from illegally crossing the border during the low tide. 9. Morelos Park
