An 800 hectare (1976.84 acre) coconut plantation and an estate has opened its doors as a resort, offering tours to the village and a museum. It is also a great stop for food and a nice accommodation. Their son, Don Arsenio Escudero, converted the plantation to a coconut plantation in the 1900s.
