Mersing Harbour Centre is the hub for ferries departing for Mersing’s islands, mainly Tioman Island. According to Malay Mail, the centre even houses eateries. Ferry tickets can be purchased online or at the centre, however, online tickets need to be submitted at the counters at the centre before passengers proceed to the Bluewater Express counter. Ferry timings vary each day and are subject to tidal shifts as well, and an online schedule is available so that you know what to expect. I wouldn’t mind an adventurous ferry trip if I’m ever going on a holiday here!

Beach life in Mersing, Malaysia
