It isn’t the Etruscan art in Italy, but it is a remarkable replica. The statue has quite an eventful and controversial history. It depicts the brothers Romulus and Remus suckling from a she-wolf, and many people felt it should not be placed in such a public location. In 1933, one of the twins was stolen, and a replacement had to be sent from Italy. Today, you can take Instagram-worthy pictures in front of the magnificent Capitoline Wolf.
