This new build property can host up to four guests across two bedrooms. It is located in a very quiet area, near the sea and La Estafeta shopping center. One bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second has two single beds, making this property ideal for families. The modern kitchen is well-equipped and compact. There is an outdoor patio where family meals can be enjoyed. After that, you can choose to relax in either the open-plan living room or in one of the hammocks on the patio.

This colonial-style house for eight guests has been completely renovated to an extremely high standard. This property is nestled into woodland and landscaped gardens. These pretty two floor cabañas are just 100 meters (328 foot) from the Luna Roja and Manantiales Club de Mar beaches. The commercial shopping area of “Estafeta Chapadmalal” is also only 200 meters (656 foot) away, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Each cabin incluides two rooms on the first floor the first with a king-sized bed and the second with one single and a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms and we love that one even has a whirlpool. The kitchen is fully-equipped with fridge freezer, stove, microwave, roaster and hot drinks facilities. The living room has a 32" LCD TV with Directv, DVD and movies. This property is ideal if you have a car, if not there is a bus that passes every 30 minutes.

These pretty stone-decorated cabañas are locating in a large green area and are just 400 meters (1312 foot) from the beach. The kitchenette is small but well equipped and the property is well looked after and kept to a high standard. Located just seven blocks away from the beautiful beaches, and a total of twelve blocks form the popular Cruz del Sur resort, this is a fantastic spot for a holiday. It is worth noting that there is no internet, but, with regards to technology, there is a 24" LCD television and DVD player. In total, the property has a massive park area to enjoy alongside the non-roofed fire pit. The property was designed by an architect and fuses together nature with modern amenities.

The La Olita posada is a friendly and welcoming place just ten minutes from Mar del Plata. The hosts go out of their way to provide a fun and hospitable environment for their guests, so in the evening you can expect to enjoy a great meal by the fire pit, music and craft beer.
