Another unique property on our list is this downstairs cabin-style suite which is near the popular Alki Beach. Guests will have full use of this separate suite with a private entrance, laundry room, bathroom and huge living room area. It is worth noting that there is no full kitchen on the site but the hosts have installed a hot drinks maker, microwave, fridge and a set of cutlery so that you can enjoy breakfasts and simple meals in the suite. With so many fantastic eateries at your doorstep, we believe you won’t miss the use of a full kitchen.
We love the floor to ceiling wood paneling design, which is a great way to hide the fact that there are no windows. This vacation rental doesn’t feel stuffy and dark at all.

This bright and large unit is a fantastic option for staying in the Admiral District of West Seattle. The main room is open plan and so includes a living room area, dining zone, and kitchenette. The cozy bedroom is in a separate room as is the bathroom. Although there is no full kitchen on site, the kitchenette offers a hot drinks maker, microwave, toaster and mini fridge.
As a guest, you’ll also have access to the shared space with the hosts, who live upstairs. The rental also features a sauna. Not only is this space homey, comfortable and spacious but add in the sauna access and it sounds like the perfect vacation rental for your holiday to Seattle.

This house has been aptly described as a ‘tree house’ due to the large maple tree right outside the window! On offer in this property is a comfortable double bedroom on the main floor, with access to the common areas of the house including living room and kitchen, although the host has kindly installed a mini fridge in the room.
There are other rooms for rent so it is worth noting that you may be sharing the house with other Airbnb guests. There is plenty of free street parking and overall, the property feels safe and secure. Ever wanted to stay in a tiny house but never had the opportunity? Well now is your chance! The hosts have lovingly designed and built this house from scratch, and you can tell because it is filled with love. It is nestled in a quiet Seattle residential street away from the Alaska Junction and the area has lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. There is even a Sunday market.
The bed is in the loft of the tiny house and comfortably sleeps two. The whole cabin feels cozy so you’ll be happy snuggling up, turning on the electric fireplace if it’s cold, and watching a movie on the television that has Netflix and Hulu.
The house is separate from that of the hosts. It is in their back garden and comes with its own fully enclosed shower and toilet so that you can have absolute privacy.
