2. River Safari
The animal lovers out there will have a blast at River Safari. This river-themed zoo and aquarium has more than 6000 animals from river habitats around the world. The Amazon River Quest is an easy boat ride, from which you can see wildlife from the Amazon, including jaguars and the maned wolf. Or head into the Squirrel Monkey Forest and look up, where you’ll see these agile creatures leaping through the trees. If it’s a hot day, Wild Wild Wet is the perfect place to spend it. This water park is located in Downtown East and features plenty of water-based activities to keep you cool. If you’d like to keep things relaxed, grab a tube and ride down the Shiok River. There’s also a wave pool where you can pretend you’re in the ocean. If you’re after something more thrilling, there are lots to enjoy here. Try Torpedo, a free-fall ride, or head to Ular Lah, a rise which simulates white water rafting. 4. Adventure Cove Waterpark

Haw Par Villa is the perfect theme park for the history buffs out there. This park explores Chinese history, folklore, and legend with more than 1000 statues and over 150 dioramas. Singapore’s Night Safari has one pretty cool claim to fame: it’s the world’s first nocturnal zoo. As the day falls to night, this zoo’s doors open, allowing visitors to explore the 2,500 creatures housed here. Many of the animals are native to the region, including the Malayan tapir and the Asian elephant, and some of the more gentle animals roam free, like deer. There is a tram with a commentary which takes you to all seven of the park’s zones. But if you prefer to explore the zoo on foot, there are multiple trails which you can follow.
