4. Climb La Cruz de Benidorm, to get an amazing view of the city
In the west part of the city, La Cruz de Benidorm was once planted by a religious group in order to free this city from its sin. 7. A day trip to the sleepy old town Altea
Altea is a sleepy Spanish town, located just 15 minutes away from Benidorm City. This old town takes you back in time, along the coastline of the Costa Blanca. The church of ‘Virgen de Consuelo’ is perched on the hilltop of the town. The architecture is more attractive for its blue-doomed top. Guadalest is located around 20 km (12.4 miles) from Benidorm.
