8. Lindenhurst Memorial Library
This is a special place to get lost amongst the racks of books. The Lindenhurst Memorial Library is committed to helping youngsters gain intellectual freedom. The Lindenhurst Memorial Library, which is also known as LML, is one of the fifty-six libraries which are part of the Suffolk Cooperative Library System.
The LML also has an ongoing project which designed and installed a series of Lexan protected stained glass memorial windows, to reinforce the message that LML doesn’t want to forget the veterans.
