9. Wallis Annenburg Center for Performing Arts

The Wallis Annenburg Center for Performing Arts is a community arts center funded by its namesake philanthropist, Wallis Annenburg. Locals refer to it simply as “The Wallis.” Architecturally interesting, it was designed by Zoltan Pali and includes the 1933 Beverly Hills Post Office, the 500-seat Goldsmith Theater, the 150-seat Lovelace Studio Theater, GRoW at The Wallis: A Space for Arts Education, a sculpture garden, and a promenade terrace.
