This shop, as the name suggests, sells ice cream as well as milkshakes. But where it gets interesting is how they make said ice cream. They take fresh ingredients and freeze them with liquid nitrogen to create their ice cream, which is made individually in front of your eyes. Besides the quite spectacular show of seeing your ice cream being made, the base they use is 100% natural and organic.

Inspired by Pakistani cuisine, they have a selection of meals, alternating between Eastern and Western tastes. Their speciality is “falooda”, a flavorful type of drink traditional in the Indian subcontinent. You can sit inside for a dining experience, but if you’re on the go, the shop also has a drive-in!

Another great place to get cold treats in Dubai is at the Dubai Mall, one of the best shopping malls where travelers and locals alike can try the best of the best Arabian desserts. The best seller and most unique that should be checked off your foodie bucket list is the Bakdash Booza, the famous and authentic Syrian ice cream made of pistachios. This scintillating dessert is also organic and is made with natural ingredients and no additives. Serving a Bakdash Booza usually entails a performance bit with two-musician scoopers with drums beating it with a “dabkeh” using utensils and ice cream containers, truly a treat that amuses two out of the five senses at that.
