Simply go on the app and open the quest. Once at the designated starting point, press start and find out your mission, and follow the directions. If you get the answers right, you’ll receive the story of that attraction! Keep going until you finish the quest. And just like most gaming apps, you can start or pause the game anytime to tend to your schedule. Each quest lasts about an average of two hours, depending on your pace. After finishing your quest, you can also enter ranking and compete with other players.
You will need internet connection or data during your quest, although the consumption is really low so don’t worry about it eating up your data!

Questo allows instant booking - just pay online and get access to your desired tour. One booked tour of around 5-20 EUR (~5.50 - 22 USD) will let you invite up to 4 friends. Tap on the “Invite a Friend” section and key in their email address.
Questo lets you tour privately - whether on your own, with a spouse, with family or group of friends. If you changed your mind and cancel, notify the Questo support team 24 hours prior to the quest to get a full refund.
