2. Appreciate St. Mark's Cathedral

Come visit the sweeping architectural beauty of St. Mark’s Cathedral, or as it is known by the locals, Cattedrale di San Marco. Construction of the church began in 1932, the year Latina was founded. Look past the facade and the full-length arches ending in four pillars to find the sculpture of the coat of arms of Pius XI, the pope at the time of the dedication of the church.
