Koh Poda

Koh Poda is one of the islands located in Krabi's archipelago and it is also one of its most famous. It takes about 25 minutes to get to here from the shores of Ao Nang. It is actually part of a four-island group that consists of Koh Poda, Koh Kai, Koh Tap and Koh Mor, in which Koh Poda is the largest. Surrounding the almost entirely palm and pine tree filled island will be beautiful white sand that offers fantastic photo-taking opportunities. There is also a coral reef available where snorkelling and diving activities can be enjoyed. Kayaking is also a popular water activity enjoyed here. With great activities to do and breathtaking scenery, you'd actually wonder why this place isn't swamped with tourists! There are a few restaurants and bars in the area, including a small hotel that isn't friendly to the wallets!
