Phanom Bencha national park

The Khao Phanom Pencha National Park is home to luscious greenery and natural creations that include waterfalls, streams, and caves. This place is also Krabi's highest point, with it being 1,397 m (4583 feet) above the sea level. Also, with vast greenery, you can expect an abundance of wildlife inhabiting the place such as Asian tapirs, Sumatran serows, Asiatic black bears and more, including over 200 species of birds such as eagles and woodpeckers.

People normally frequent this area because of its waterfalls, with the two most famous ones being Huay To and Huay Sad waterfalls. The former features 5 cascades that flow into the Krabi Yai Canal located in Krabi Town. The Huay Sad waterfall, on the other hand, is slightly smaller and features 3 cascades that consist of crystal clear waters that flow into Ton Canal and Krabi Yai Canal as well. Adventurers can trek the area through the trails provided which can take you roughly two to three nights. Through this trek, you can also enjoy the various panoramic scenery offered.
