Railay Beach

Railay Beach is known as one of the most frequented beaches in Krabi and is located in Ao Nang. Currently, it is only accessible by boat because of its large limestone cliffs that cut off all mainland access. Also, these limestone cliffs have welcomed a whole ton of rock climbers from all over the world! But that's not the only main attraction of this beach. This beach boasts of white sandy beaches that give off a much laid back vibe, but not any less touristy. There are resorts and bungalows located in both the east and west sections of the beach and most of them provide amazing accommodation that is accompanied by the gorgeous views of the beach.

Although it was badly affected by the 2004 Tsunami, Railay beach still remains one of the best locations to go to in Krabi for a beach that isn't totally swamped with crowds of tourists.
