Nicki has travelled to countries around the world such as France, Scotland, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, China, South Africa, Taiwan, Japan, Australia, America, South Korea and Vietnam. Her only regret is not getting the opportunity to try some haggis in Scotland. Her general motto in life is to hope for the best, expect the worst and to try all the food as she can along the way.
