Minimum Qualifications:

As long as you are good programmer (irrespective of technologies mentioned below) and willing to learn new things, it is good enough.

Develop API backend and Web Application using Ruby on Rails + MySQL.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Angular.
Experience with Sass or other compiled CSS languages
Experience in responsive web design.
Support and debug web applications as needed.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Good knowledge of version control systems e.g. Git.
Experience in optimising for page performance.
Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
Self-motivated; independent, organised and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams.
Implement best practices of test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring and code standards, and so on
Stay informed about relevant new technologies and drive their continuous adoption and integration into design

Experienced and comfortable through the entire life-cycle of a feature, from planning to delivery
Profound experience with front-end technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS and jQuery, angular
Experience with modern Front End Dev Ops (NPM, WebPack, Gulp, Browserify, Babel, etc).
Good experience of developing highly interactive applications
Good experience with SQL databases
Good experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipeline
Excellent knowledge of object oriented analysis and design
Strong ability to writing great, simple, clean, efficient code
Knowledge in Python (Good to have)
Basic knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
Basic knowledge of ElasticSearch.
Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
